Tynya Beverly is a Spiritual Practitioner and Organizational Development Specialist for the State of California . She has over 22 years with the State of California and specializes in organizational assessment and evaluation. She has over 15 years as a performance consultant coaching and developing managers and supervisors in the area of human performance.
She is a trainer and workshop leader who expertise includes change and performance management, training for trainers, diversity, facilitation and leadership training. Tynya approaches training from a holistic perspective involving all aspects of the human element. Tynya's background also includes: researching and implementing women's professional sporting events, training conferences, spiritual retreats, community outreach, and youth leadership development. Tynya has a Bachelors of Arts degree in Business Administration and a Masters of Science in Social Psychology. She has worked in the Public, Non-Profit and Private Sectors.
